Love at 1st sight - intro
As i was playing and playing,
absolutely engrossed in the game,
out of nowhere,
a sudden flashback occured in my cranium,
a splendid one.
It was the 1st time my father ever brought me here,
to the stadium,
everything seemed so strange,
what are those long sticks in their hands?
what is that bird like thing flying about?
WHAT IS THIS?
The next thing is know,
my father had place a similar stick in my 'hand',
he handed me a 'bird',
and challenged me to see how many times i could hit the 'bird with the 'stick'
without the bird touching the ground.
I tried and tried,
somehow i couldnt stop.
1st time i hit it once
2nd time once
until i kept it in the air for about 5 times
i realised i couldnt stop,
my father came up to me and told me what exactly was happening,
the 'stick' is a racket
the 'bird' is a shuttlecock,
the game that facisnated me so was BADMINTON.
It was love at first sight.
TODAY'S POST - DIVORCED PARENTS (SPEECH) not for the parents...but for the poor children I do not want to ask for much, What i mean is just put youself in their shoes, how would u feel, if ur parents fought often, right infront of YOU and u can do NOTHING about it will u feel BAD? feel CONFUSED? feel STRESSED? feel like doing something to vent ur ANGST? i know i would but thankfully i dont have such a problem. All i hope is all the children, teens, so on in the world can be as lucky as me to have a wholesome family not having to even bat an eye at the possible danger of divorces so please, i ask of everyone around do it for YOURSELF do it for UR CHILDREN enforce not divorces but keep a tolerant nature and let everyone around live 'LA DOLCE VITA '(the sweet life in italian)

the divorce rate from country to country is steadily rising
and this is a threat to Singapore
and to the world.
Why do i say this?
Parents who already have children have to think thoroughly,
carefully,
more importantly
selflessly,
about what they are doing.
Divorce is a major thing,
one that does not affect only the divorced,
but at the same time,
the innocent bystanding
CHILDREN.
They hate to see their dad and mum fight,
hate to see them apart,
but all they can do when these happenings occur
is watch...

EMOTIONAL CRISIS
all the results of DIVORCES.
for the better of the younger and more fragile
generations.
What divorces can do to them is hard to watch,
they rebel,
they go into denile,
not knowing what really is happening,
why their parents are falling apart,
in more extreme cases
they may jump to conclusions
and think that their parents do not want them anymore.
these are a few phrases to describe what kind of life amelia earhart had from the day she was born to the day she went missing a few days ago i knew nothing about this characte named Amelia Earhart and only till today when i was urged by others to do this post abouther did i find out what a 'CHARACTER' she really is a great one at first i had no idea where to start from to get to know more about her so i started with wiki and the 1st paragraph u see probably impressed you enough to worship her Amelia Mary Earhart (24 July 1897 – missing 2 July 1937, declared deceased 5 January 1939) was a noted American aviation pioneer and women's rights advocate.[1][2] Earhart was the first woman to receive the Distinguished Flying Cross,[3] which she was awarded as the first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic.[4] She set many other records,[5] wrote best-selling books about her flying experiences and was instrumental in the formation of The Ninety-Nines, a women's pilots' organization.[6] this is what the 1st paragraph read although her life ended in an unexpected tragic manner but like the last few lines wrote she was not forgotten instead the incident fascinated many and not only because of the incident but her life career and the person she is. this describes how admirable she must have been fascinating and capturing the hearts of many also she as the very 1st female pilot who by the way is better than many other male pilots who were obviously the majority 'set many other records' this also tells people how brave motivated to do things who other pilots did not have the guts or did not think of doing.

Today's topic is on CAPITAL PUNISHMENT!
hanging, gullotine, gas chamber and electric chair and more
i didnt get to noe abt any of these things till now
and let me tell u it really rock my world...
im suppose to say whther im against or for this form of action
but it really took me quite sometime to decide
after watching the movie GREEN MILE
why did it take so long to think abt?
well its bcos of wad happened to john coffey and wild bill
they are like two sides of a coin, one so evil and one so pure
i mean no one would ever wan to see a person die bcos he or she was wrongly accused
and the real criminal gets away wif it clean
well so i tot over it long and clearly
and i've come to the conclusion that im against CAPITAL PUNISHMENT!
I think that there are betta ways of dealing wif criminals other than using the painful and cruel... CAPITAL PUNISHMENT!
how u may ask?....
here's my very 1st point
well after thinking abt S'pore
and her 'popular' way of hanging
as well as her ageing population
why hasnt anyone ever tot of letting criminals go to war as the frontline of defence for S'pore?
i mean juz let them rot in jail for wad they did or not let them go to war if any comes up
this way they coul do something for their country and maybe redeem themselves...

and oso S'pore's ageing population weakens her defence
so instead of 'helping' the problem why dont we really help it
